1. No Returns or Exchanges

Once an order is delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

We do not accept returns due to personal preferences, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or minor variations in taste.

2. Quality Concerns

If you receive a meal that is spoiled, contaminated, or damaged, please report it to our customer support team within 1 hour of delivery.

Complaints must be accompanied by clear images or videos of the issue for review.

Refunds or replacements for valid complaints will be handled at the sole discretion of the management.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before preparation begins. Once the meal is prepared or out for delivery, cancellations will not be accepted.
