1. Eligibility for Refund

A refund will only be provided under the following circumstances:

Order Not Received: If the order was not delivered to the customer due to a service failure on our end.

Damaged Order: If the meal is delivered in a spoiled, contaminated, or severely damaged condition, making it unfit for consumption.

2. Conditions for Refund Approval

Customers must report the issue within 1 hour of the expected delivery time.

For damaged orders, clear images or videos must be provided as proof.

Refunds will not be provided for personal dislikes, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or minor variations in taste.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

In some cases, customers may be offered a replacement meal instead of a refund, based on availability and management discretion.
